The Student Seminar is an international four-days meeting of Sport Management students and will take place from Saturday September 12th to Wednesday September 16th, prior to the 26th European Sport Management Conference (September 16 – 19).
The Educational Program consists of a hack (team project), lectures and workshops related to the topic of innovation and physical activity. Local business partners will provide a closer look into real challenges they face in the sport industry in London. Participants will be asked to present efficient and innovative solutions to those challenges, making this experience a great introducing scenario to the professional world and giving them the chance of expand their academic knowledge and soft skills.
During the Program, students will have a fantastic opportunity to cooperate and develop key sport manager attributes, such as leadership or teamwork, on an international environment. The Seminar also includes excursions of the Olympic Park and central London and several social events. Furthermore, given the number of leading experts and established researchers, the European Sport Management Conference is a great opportunity for networking and building professional contacts.
Registration to the student Seminar opens on 31.01.2020 and closes on 27.06.2020
Attendance will be limited to 50 Students for the Seminar and therefore students are encouraged to register as soon as possible via this link. Registration may close before the 27.06.2020 if capacity is reached.
